How do I subscribe to Forcebites?
First, you need to book a call with us here. Then you will receive an email confirmation with a small questionaire for us to prepare for the call. During the call, we advise the best plan for your business. Then we will give you access to our ticketing platform, and you give us access to your Salesforce Org. (See FAQ on this matter.)
Do the hours included in the Forcebites plan accumulate from month to month?
No, the hours included in each Frocebites plan do not accumulate from month to month. They expire at the end of each month. This means that you can use them to submit requests, tickets or tasks for our Salesforce team to handle, but any unused hours at the end of the month will not carry over to the next month. This is to ensure that you can always use your allocated hours and that our team can deliver the best possible service to all our customers.
Is the Forcebites team Salesforce Certified specialists?
Our team at Forcebites is comprised of Salesforce Certified architects, developers and admins, equipped with the skills, knowledge and experience to efficiently and effectively manage your Salesforce Org.

What is a ticketing platform?
It is a cloud based service that allows you to submit questions, requests and bugs about your Salesforce Org.
What payment methods do you have available?
We offer several payment methods, including bank transfer, monthly invoice/payment invitation, and MB reference. Our accounting team will provide you with all the necessary details after your first call or consultation.
Do I need to give you admin access to my Salesforce org?
Yes, it is the only way to make the changes you need, but we will work in a separate sandbox where everything will be developed and tested before being released to all users.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Send us an email to: [email protected] with the following subject “Forcebites Cancellation”. You can cancel at any time.
