These Terms of Use establish the rules governing and applying to the access and use of the website STEEZY.EU (“Website”). The Website was created, is owned and maintained by Steezy Solutions Lda., with registered address at Rua Bernardim Ribeiro N34, Bloco B, 4rt centro, 3000-069 Coimbra, with taxpayer and company number 516183028, owner of which uses and explores the tradestyle, tradename and business name “Steezy Solutions Lda” (hereinafter referred to as “Steezy”), being the use thereof governed by these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use are supplemented in all which is not herein provided for, by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy which may also be accessed on this link.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE

The user of the Website (“User” or “Users”) acknowledges that, by accessing and using this Website, it is accepting these Terms of Use.

2. AMENDMENT TO THE TERMS OF USE 

STEEZY reserves the right to amend, modify, update or remove, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice and with immediate effect these Terms of Use.

STEEZY has the exclusive right to, at any time, suspend, block, interrupt or terminate in whole or in part, the access to the Website, particularly in management, maintenance, repair, modification or update operations or to terminate, temporarily or definitively, in whole or in part, at its discretion and without notice the Website.

4. USE OF THE WEBSITE  

In general, the User must use the Website in a responsible, cautious and careful manner, and must not disrupt or degrade the continuity, integrity and quality of the resources and features of the same, or collide with the rights and/or use of other Users.

These websites do not belong, are not operated nor controlled by STEEZY and STEEZY is therefore not liable nor responsible, and it does not control or approve the content of such websites or of websites linked or referred thereto. Use of these links is the sole responsibility of the Users.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use shall be settled by the courts of Coimbra, Portugal, with express waiver of any other.
