The Website was created, is owned and maintained by Steezy Solutions Lda., with registered address at Rua Bernardim Ribeiro N34, Bloco B, 4rt centro, 3000-069 Coimbra, with taxpayer and company number 516183028, owner of which uses and explores the tradestyle, tradename and business name “Steezy Solutions Lda” (hereinafter referred to as “STEEZY”).
STEEZY is concerned with your privacy and adopts measures to protect your personal data. STEEZY is responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data. However, STEEZY may, during the course of its activity, subcontract other entities to process the data for the purposes described herein.

- COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The User’s personal data will be collected and processed by STEEZY, in the capacity of data controller.
The collected personal data will be processed and stored electronically by STEEZY for the management of its contact and clarification requests, namely in order to reply to such requests, through the “Contact Form”, as well as registration for events organised by STEEZY, through a “Registration Form”. The data collected are necessary for carrying out the contact and/or registration in events, and therefore all the required data shall be mandatorily delivered, under penalty of not being possible follow-up your contact and/or your registration.
In any of the abovementioned cases, STEEZY assumes that the personal data were submitted by the respective data subject or that its submission was authorized by the same. STEEZY further assumes that those data are real, accurate and up-to-date.
- DATA COMMUNICATION
STEEZY may communicate your personal data to subcontracted third parties for and for the purposes abovementioned, under the terms of the contracts executed with such parties. STEEZY ensures that the subcontracted entities present sufficient guarantees of execution of appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to ensure the security of the data processed thereby.
